Staff communicated policy but room conditions were subpar. Limited service, and lacking basic cleanliness standards definitely needs improvement.

i was given a room that smelled of stale smoke. but the staff were very accommodating. the wifi was fast and reliable. i appreciated the comfy bed and clean linens.

Hallways were dirty with sticky floors, and the ice machine was out of order, forcing us to trek outside for ice. Added to this, the lack of external door locks raised safety concerns throughout our stay.
